RUQA is an evaluation tool. That makes trust everything. We've designed every algorithm to be auditable, every flag to be disputable, and every line of code to be inspectable.
Data encryption at rest and in transit
AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. No exceptions.
Calibration period guarantee
First 90 days, no evaluation feature affects compensation. Period.
Algorithm transparency
Every score and flag has a published algorithm. You can verify your own data.
Right to dispute every flag
30-day window. Council review (3 people, never your direct manager).
GDPR + CCPA compliant
Right to erasure, portability, and access. Self-service data export.
SOC 2 Type II — in progress
Year 2 target. We'll publish the report when ready.
What we don't do
No keystroke logging. No screen recording. No DM monitoring. No off-hours surveillance.
